1:1 Exercise Therapy £75

1:1 exercise therapy involves a 45 minute exercise physiology session, designed to meet the individual needs and goals of the client. The session is led by an exercise physiologist to optimise performance and minimise the risk of injury. 

'Healthy Harts': 6-Week Intensive Rehab

Our 6-Week Rehab program is the perfect solution for those returning home from the hospital or recovering from a recent injury. With 2x personalised sessions per week, this program helps you kickstart your recovery, regain your independence, and build strength with the support of our expert physiologist.
